The short version.
Written to be read rather than to be survived.
This page describes how information submitted through dropjib.com is handled. It is about the website. The terms that govern use of the DropJib product itself are set out in the agreement between DropJib and the operator, and take precedence over anything here.
When you submit the trial or contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your company, an optional phone number, and the answers you give about what you send and how many owners you send to.
When you use the assistant on this site, we receive the messages you send it so we can answer them and follow up.
We collect basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device type. This is not tied to a named individual.
We use it to reply to you, to set up a trial, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. That is the whole list.
We do not sell it. We do not rent it. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Statement runs, owner records, and delivery logs processed inside the DropJib product are the operator's data. They are used to run that operator's statements and for nothing else — never shared between operators and never used to build a mailing list.
Operators running DropJib onsite keep that data entirely within their own infrastructure.
Write to hello@dropjib.com and ask. If you submitted something through this site and want it deleted, we will delete it.
